Logan's jealousy was so strong that it extended to her father—Lisa found it both hilarious and exasperating.
"Logan, I never realized you were this petty," Lisa whispered to him when Martha and Baldwin went into the kitchen.
"I've always been petty. You just never noticed," he admitted openly.
Lisa stifled a laugh.
Over the years, she had always been a child in front of her parents—hugging her father, giving him random kisses, or whining for piggyback rides was nothing out of the ordinary.
If Logan had been jealous over every little thing, he must've been suffering in silence for a long time.
"How about I take you to the hospital for a check-up later?" Lisa smiled, her eyes curving mischievously.
Logan glanced at her. Lisa leaned in closer. "Let's check if your uric acid levels have skyrocketed from all this jealousy!"
