"Ready?" Marco asked, his hand on the doorknob.
Jasmine took a deep breath. "As I'll ever be."
Marco knocked, and they heard Don Cesaro's gruff voice from inside. "Come in."
They entered the study to find Don Cesaro behind his large oak desk, reading glasses perched on his nose as he reviewed some papers.
"Ah, Marco, Jasmine," he said, looking up. "What brings you two here?"
Marco cleared his throat. "Pop, we have something we'd like to discuss with you."
Don Cesaro leaned back in his chair, eyebrow raised. "Oh? What's on your minds?"
Jasmine stepped forward, placing their proposal on the desk. "Sir, we've been thinking about the Bistro."
Don Cesaro's expression darkened slightly. "The Bistro? What's left of it, you mean?"
Marco nodded. "Yes, Pop. But that's just it. We see an opportunity here."
Don Cesaro picked up the proposal, flipping through it. "An opportunity? To do what exactly?"
Jasmine took a deep breath. "To rebuild, sir. But not just rebuild. To create something
