CHAPTER 81

Thump, Thump I groaned as I tried to ignore the sound. Thump, Thump 'Logan, what the hell are you doing?" I I had to squint to adjust to the bright light that was shining into my eyes but the moment I did, I gasped as I took in my unfamiliar surroundings. The walls were cemented and so close that two people can't stand with their arms outstretched comfortable. I looked up trying to figure out where I am but all I saw was cemented ceilings and the only window in here is so high that I wouldn't be able to reach it. A tiny potty is lying at the far end of the room and on the opposite end is a mattress that has all the springs sticking out. It also looks and smells like someone recently pissed on it. I put my fingers to my temple to try to ease the pulsing feeling that I earlier thought was Logan.
