Chapter 19

Adrian After our splendid honeymoon at Bora-Bora we are back to New York on the tenth day. Chris is very happy though she falls tired too frequently because of her advancing pregnancy. We step out of the chopper and walk through the uninhabited private area of the airport to our car when I suddenly hear gun fires. I study my eyes around the deserted habitat and conclude on zero indications about a possible attack. This is obviously a planned mastery. I bring my revolver out of my pant pocket pushing my wife behind me. Chris was obviously unaware of the situation being deaf. She looks at me confused as I hurry her to the car. Cupping her cheeks in my arms I tell her tenderly.  "There is an attack. Walk behind me but closer. Okay love?" Her innocent eyes go terrorized in complete consternation as she registers my speech. I had no time to console her. Fear was a very small word in English dictionary to describe the present state of my mind. I need to protect my family by any means.  H
