Chapter Thirty- Surprise Surprise

To say that it was awkward would have been a lie.  Neither Lorenzo nor Mia had seen each other since that morning.  After their little chat, the two had gotten dressed. Lorenzo and Mia had both announced that they needed to shower. Lorenzo, ever the gentleman, allowed Mia to use his shower. He went to a random guestroom bathroom to freshen up. That was all they had said.  Mia spent the entirety of the shower digesting Lorenzo’s words. He had told Mia everything. It was weird how he managed to say so much about him and yet nothing personal at all. She had learnt about the Mafia. The Morino Family was going stronger than ever and every person in this house was a member. There were others scattered around but those who had nowhere to go called this place home. That included Phoebe, Lucas and even Darren.
