DOMINIC I stared at my phone and scoffed. Who was she to tell me that my cousin wasn't who she claimed to be? I should have known something was up when I saw her staring down at Betty at the mall today. She was suggesting that she was aware of something that I was not, but I declined to listen and terminated the call. Hissing, I stood outside my room, almost colliding with Betty. I was surprised. "Betty? What's wrong?" I asked anxiously. She stared at me innocently, and I suddenly became frustrated at Minerva for suggesting she wasn't my cousin. Although I noticed things were out of place, people can't always remain the same as they were during childhood, so I shook it off. Oh, how wrong was I to ignore my intuition? I'm bored. Do you want to watch a movie with me?" She asked sweetly. I tried to tell her I wouldn't say I liked each film, but seeing the pleading gaze in her eyes, I agreed even though I knew I would regret that later, especially if it were animated movies.
