Chapter 64 – Concern For the Black Wolf

Raymond shifted into his wolf and started running toward the southeast side of the pack when he heard about his Alpha being attacked by six wolves. He had already notified the warriors to protect all stations he had assigned them. Gavin told Natalie he was going on a hike and would be gone for about an hour or two, giving him plenty of time to deal with the pack's protection and assist his Alpha with the wolves close to the cabin. He assigned Davis and Zane to get the warriors to set up a protection detail around the pack house, where the women and children were sent when there was an attack on the pack. Once deeper into the forest and out of sight of the house, Gavin quickly shifted into his wolf and hoped he was not too late. Teddy did the same, concerned for his Alpha and going up against six wolves simultaneously. It seemed they were all worried about their Alpha fighting on his own. Jacob shifted back into his human form when he saw his mate covering her face in fear that she
