Adrian sat in his office as he looked over the parcel that showed him all the land the Winters girl owned that butted right up against the entry to his enemy's domain. He smiled with greed as his grey eyes sparkled with delight at the amount of acreage he would be his once he got the sapless human to sign the contract.
