Evan’s POV: After leaving the Walter Group, I got in the car, ready to go back to the Carter Group. In the car, I lit my cigarette, completely expressionless. To be honest, the losses of these two deals by the Carter Group were not a matter of concern. Instead, the fact that she had disrupted the market was a matter of concern. Once news of this matter spread, it was bound to trigger a bigger butterfly effect. Therefore, I decided to take action to stop it in time. I could not tolerate such a market-disrupting behavior. However, when I recall the scene earlier, I felt a little regretful. ‘I should not have treated her so cruelly!’ I thought. Unfortunately, this damn woman also had a stubborn tamper.
