Evan’s POV: “Mr. Carter…” I made a shushing gesture, signaling Rose not to wake Anya up. She nodded, looking frightened. Then, I pointed at the flight attendant behind me and gestured for her to follow the flight attendant to go to the first-class cabin in front! She looked at sleeping Anya uneasily as if she wanted to say something. However, in the end, she didn’t say anything and just stood up quietly and followed the flight attendant into the first-class cabin. After she left, I carefully sat in Rose’s seat. Then, I gently, put her hand on my shoulder. As I looked at her sleeping face, my lips curled up into a mocking smile. ‘Little thing, don’t even think about getting rid of me.’ I thought. ‘The pry, I had my eyes would never escape my grasp. Even though I agreed to marry Tina, I didn’t promise her that I would not find another woman outside. In case I would find another woman, it was better to find someone familiar than a stranger. What’s more, I didn’t buy the whole moral thing.
