　　Tabitha's POV 　　After Kyrian finished eating, I carried him to the bathroom for a bath. 　　Sitting in the bathtub, he kept splashing the water on me, grinning from ear to ear. 　　I joked, "You bad boy. If you splash me again, I'll splash you back!" 　　Just then, the bathroom door opened. 　　I turned to see Derek standing in the doorway, and I barely had time to wipe that smile off my face. 　　Unlike me, Kyrian's eyes lit up when he saw Derek. He sweetly called out, "Daddy!" 　　Kyrian's smile could make one forget all the unhappy things. 　　Derek walked over, reaching out and stroking his head. "Good boy." 　　I glanced at Derek, whose usually gloomy and indifferent face was now filled with warmth. 　　Turned out he adored Kyrian this much. 　　But his smile kinda stung my eyes. I guess he'd forgotten about the baby he lost—the one that never even saw the world. 　　I put down the towel and said in a cold tone, "Help him with the bath. I'll go change." 　　After saying that, I quickly walked out, igno
