Sebastian went to Liam's phone number and hovered over the call button. Yet, his pride got the better of him, making him hesitate to ask Liam. He racked his brain, trying to come up with the right words, but nothing felt right. Frustration simmered beneath the surface. Was Roxanne really considering giving Ambrose a chance? He quickly dismissed the thought, as he knew Ambrose wasn't her type. Convincing himself of this, Sebastian rolled over and went to sleep. Meanwhile, Liam was still waiting for a reply, but it never came. Staring at his phone, he shook his head with a wry smile. He murmured, "Well, I hope you don't regret this in the future. Stay this stubborn, just like today." Liam had witnessed Roxanne and Sebastian's seven-year journey firsthand. When Roxanne had loved Sebastian deeply, Sebastian had loved her just as much.
