After a few minutes of walking, Davis arrived at a street and luckily for him, a pay phone was directly opposite him. He walked over to the pay phone which was already occupied and waited for the lady who was using it to come out. “Good day, ma'am,” he greeted her as soon as she stepped out. Even despite looking so dishevelled and unkempt, he was surprised the lady kept batting her lashes at him and eyeing him seductively. “Hey there, handsome. How may I help you?” She asked him. He smiled at her and brought out a hundred-dollar bill from his wallet. “Could I please get some coins from you?” he questioned. “Five is more than enough.” She immediately brought out ten coins and handed them to him. “You don't have to pay me for it,” she told him with a peal of seductive laughter. “You could just give me your number.” He took her hand making her blush. “I'd appreciate it if you took the money,” he said and placed the dollar bill in her palm before entering the phone booth.
