Xander smirked at me and left the room. Confused, I followed him when he headed upstairs. I followed him until he was standing in the big conference room, which was practically empty, except for one desk and chair. I looked at him confused when he settled on the chair and asked me to come to him. “What is this?” I asked, my confusion evident in my voice. “You want to show me how grateful you are.
