Grace’s POV
“Why are we standing here, Gracie,” Xander groaned.
We were sitting in our room when I felt something in my heart and then I brought him here on the front porch of the pack house.
I didn’t know but there was something deep in my heart that was tugging me in this direction.
“I don’t know, Xan. But my instincts drew me here. Like something will happen here.” I said, my voice was soft but there was a hint of urgency in it.
“You are running on hormones, my dear little mate.” he huffed, clearly frustrated from my tantrums. And as we were bantering we both saw a blinding light coming out from a portal in front of the porch.
“See,” I screamed at him and his eyes were wide as if he couldn’t believe himself.
“I told you, something was about to happen and you thought that it was my hormones talking. But look at that.” I said in excitement and this earned me an eyeroll.
