Julie stayed silent. Blaine turned from the driver's seat and looked at Julie. With a smile, he asked, "Where are you going, Jules?" Julie thought briefly and said, "Emerald Road." Blaine was somewhat shocked. "That area is a bit out of the way. What are you doing there?" Julie didn't mind his question and answered, "My father is in a sanatorium there. I want to visit him."
