Mayor Campbell has never really been concerned about where the prisoners go but he knows that it's no honeymoon. And Damien is a very good friend of the city. He has built a lot of business in Chester that the mayor sees him as a blessing to their community. He has given a lot of people a good source of lively hood through his businesses. The casinos, real estates, recreation centers, parks, restaurants and hotel that he owns in Chester city. He can literally run for any post in the city and win easily but he prefers to stay silent in his business. The mayor would not like to lose someone that precious because of a bored nosy journalist that that wouldn't mind her stupid business. At a point he wished he could ban her from his town. Mayor Campbell called his assistant immediately and asks that he blocks every call coming from Mrs Fletcher and also avoid them from meeting. Steel did his funding about Mrs. cobbler and realized that she works for a huge broadcasting company, the biggest in America and realized that she might not be easy to get rid of. Steel was so angry. He did not want to kill anyone that doesn't deserve it but he hated nosy people from the beginning of time. They always get what's coming to them at the end of the day but he didn't want to be the one to show her the end. Steel had better plans for her. Derrick is a werewolf friend of, they've been together for centuries. Derrick is a sweet and charming guy but he is very notorious when it comes to women. Steel decided to meet with Derrick about Mrs. Fletcher. "Hey Derrick will you do me a favor please." "Hmm what do you want Steel?" "I just want you to sweep someone off her feet, she's being to nosy so distract her till we have her in check" "Is she pretty?" "Yes and married" Derrick laughed. Elizabeth was at the mall sight-seeing and shopping for junks when Derrick approached her. Derrick was irresistible and he knew it but this time he didn't come with his ego. He slowly approached her with an innocent look on his face. "Hello would you like a shopping partner? I'm trying new recipes apart for on the boring ones I know and I'm confused here" He asked. "No thank you and I'm sure you'll figure it out." she gave smile. "Ok my bad. "He said and walked away. Derrick went to the other compartment of the grocery and stared deadly at ingredients. He heard a voice from behind him. "You should try she cherry black pepper and garlic powder, it makes everything better" Elizabeth said. "Oh I'll trust your judgement, but if my salmon taste bad, you'd have to finish it" he smiled "I'm sorry about the other time, I'm new here and I don't really know anyone…" "No it's fine I understand. I'm Derrick" he stretched his hands forward. "Elizabeth," she smiled "So what other recommendation do you have for me Elizabeth…I'm just trying new things here." Elizabeth helped him with all his shopping and paid for her grocery as a thank you. She hesitated but Derrick insisted. They loaded their boot and they thanked each other for the assistance. "Thanks Elizabeth, I would love to see you again but I wouldn't want insult your kindness in any way. You've been too kind. Have a lovely day." He said and entered his car to start it. Elizabeth waved towards him and came forward. "You could be my tour guide tomorrow, I'm going hiking tomorrow, here's my card. She handed her card over to him. It would be a pleasure he smiled and drove off. Elizabeth felt a bit flattered cos it's been some time since she got attention form the other gender. She doesn't even give the chance for another man to talk that long to her. But there is something different about this one. It's not the usual old and boring looking men that she is used to. A young guy so much and handsome much class and Elizabeth is happily married to Samuel Fletcher and they have two kids together. She is also a perfectionist who only does what it's right. It's been a time since a guy with so much charm and charisma spoke to her with sort mannerism and gesture. It almost fell as if she could never be noticed again but somehow, he was able to bring a smile on her face even when she did not dim it worthy to smile at his jokes at first. Later, she gets a text on her phone only to see a picture text from an unknown number, she opens the sent text and it is a picture of a burnt salmon. "My salmon came out perfect thanks to my assistant chef." She reads and bursts into laughter before replying. "That's a bad salmon!" Elizabeth waits for his reply to pop up, she is a little too excited for a reply from him. "So, for my hiking outfit, my pants are pink and it would certainly make my booty jiggle while I climb." So, if you are interested, you could watch from behind." Beth bursts into a deeper sector of mirth as she hits her had on the table to accommodate the outburst of laughter. "Goodnight, Elizabeth." He says and she is quite sad. She did not want the chat to end so early. She heads into the kitchen to brew herself a good cup of coffee before she dials Mayor Campbell's telephone number to get authorization to access the prisoners on the 'sea'. Elizabeth sips the black coffee as she dials the number but she receives no answer. Since she is patient, she decides to meet up with the Mayor after the hiking event on the morrow. Morning comes and she is quite agitated, a major part of her wants to join the event as early as possible but she doesn't want to seem s desperate. It is like she constantly has to remind herself that she is a married woman and she needs to stop this situation with Derrick. Elizabeth joins the hiking team after delaying for the purpose of not trying to look desperate, Derrick is already there and she takes a gulp when she finds him in all his glory. Starting from his bronze tanned skin, his striking blue eyes that looked like a deep blue sea. His hair texture is wavy and dancing with zephyr as I all feels like the entire atmosphere has been in slow motion. And the first thing she thinks about is the fact that he wasn't wearing pink pants like he said he would. Derrick is outing on a black tank top that exposed his bulging muscles, and his abs that made other women prowl around him like he was some sort of modern god. Elizabeth walks towards him and stands right at him which makes the women who are surrounding him wonder what her status around him is. She can literally feel the piercing eyes around them but it did not make her back down in fact she felt proud because it has been long women especially have given her such stare. "You broke your promise." She says and he realizes that she is referring to his pants. Oh, they were too tight and I didn't want to make scene. He says looking around where the prowling women are still situated. Elizabeth laughs and she uses her hands to cover her mouth. For some reasons, she feels free cause she is around strangers who do not know her and do not expect anything from her. The one who is managing the hiking team begins to group them and they begin to walk together. They talk for a good amount of time, making conversations that she didn't know that she could ever had. "I see you are married. He says referring to the ring on her finger and Elizabeth hides it a bit before replying." "Oh, yes. I am with two kids". She says, glad that the truth was out there now. Why do you look so good after popping two kids, your husband must be proud and I am just stunned." Derrick says and she blushes. So, what do you say? Can I be your tour guy for the rest of your stay here in Chester? He says and she smiles. "But first, you will have to come eat the salmon that your co-chef with me." He says and she bursts into another round of laughter. Do I get this right? Are you inviting me to your place for dinner? She asks. "I mean it's no pressure, but an honor to have you in my abode." He says. As Derrick is speaking to her, he hears a low growl from the left side and he can tell that there is the presence from a wolf and he immediately he recognizes that he and these human have crossed the threshold of a pack. He can hear the growl even as silent as it tried to be, it is a warning and he can tell because he has heard it before. Derrick knows that they would have to get away from here before the other pack member arrive, it would be a bloody battle especially because he was an alpha that was alone.
