Chapter 43
After chatting with May for a bit, I hung up the phone.
As I pulled out the hair I had ripped from Javin's head during our fight, I fell into deep thought.
Based on my recent observations of Javin, I was almost certain he was Wesley.
The only problem was that I didn't have any evidence to prove his identity—until now.
With his hair in my possession, all I needed to do was locate Wesley's parents, send his hair to the hospital for a DNA test, and I could expose his true identity.
With that thought in mind, I grabbed my coat and headed to the hospital.
In the hospital room, my mother was sitting on the bed and peeling fruit. She looked much better than before.
"Mom, I came to see you," I said as I sat down beside her bed, smiling as I took her hand.
"I have some good news. My game won the championship in the competition and has attracted a lot of players."
