Ethan Vecton I walked into the school after 4 fat months not going to school. I missed it "Welcome back dude!" Dean patted my shoulder "Yeah welcome back" Patt said "4 months dude" Tony joined too. I walked inside and people started to talk about me for coming back. It's usual here I walked to my locker and felt weird not to see someone I used to see wasn't there. I decided to ignore it and I opened my locker to see a red letter and a few papers laying there. I took it out The test papers belongs to stupid girl and she improved a lot. I never was this proud , seeing her not being able to reach this score before but now she got it even though it's not an A. She got a B- and it's good. I put her test papers back and decided to open the red letter. Welcome back Ethan! Thankyou for everything Love , Kimberly a.k.a the stupid and ugly girl I smiled looking at the letter. I closed it and I will see her later on anyway. I closed my locker door and decided to walk to class with Dean. "Where's Jaden?" I asked him "He gave up school and went to New Jersey to live up his dreams" Dean said and I raised my eyebrows "Dreams?" "He always wanted to be a basketball player , that's why he always wanted to be a team captain dude" Really? I didn't know that "Apparently that stupid girl helped him to get his dreams" Huh? "What?" "Jaden thanked that girl a lot , but I don't know the full story about it" Dean shrugged "So any cute girls in Toronto?" Tony joined "Nah.. Dated once but she's a clingy one" I said truthfully "Can't believe that Jaden got out of this school without saying goodbye" I said in disbelief. He didn't even message me "Not only Jaden dude but 3 more people left" "Who?" The bell rang and we all got back to our seats. First class was History which sucks. I paid attention to the class "What should we eat now?" Patt asked as we met him at the hallway "I'm up for burger" Tony said "I want pizza" I said "Not Thursday dude" Dean said We talked a lot about while eating but my eyes kept looking around me to find that stupid girl. At least I want to congratulate her for achieving quite good score "Who are you looking for?" Dean asked "Matilda? She's dating John now. Forget about her" Tony said "Looking for a new prey" I lied "Wanna hangout after school?" Patt asked "Yeah we should" I said ignoring that today is that I should tutor that stupid girl. I'll tell that girl later After lunch we walked to class again and I still can't find her. Where is she? The class continued and I felt uncomfortable with my feelings I felt weird and worried to be exact. That girl always appears in front of my eyes a few times a day but where is she today? Maybe she's sick. Yeah maybe she's sick I decided to ignore my weird feelings and hung out with my friends all the time. Without Jaden is already weird , I miss his cold comments already "So how's Kylie?" Tony asked Dean "She's not answering my calls and I will give up on her soon" Dean answered "Where's Kylie?" "She moved to New Jersey with Jaden , she said she wanted a new environment" Dean sighed "I felt a little weird , why suddenly people quit school?" I turned to Patt not understanding "Firstly Kimberly and th-" "Wait what?" I cut Tony and they looked at me disbelief "You don't know?" "What do you mean firstly kimberly?" I asked "She quit school 2 months ago dude , after that exam she quit" What?! "Where?" I asked "No one knows , she just quit like that" I felt a big pang! in my heart. Suddenly I felt empty and weird. I never felt this weird before.. that's why I felt that something is missing "Firstly Kimberly , second Joy , third Jaden and Kylie" "Good for you dude , no one will bother you again" Patt smirked and I just gave him a small smirk. I excused myself to go out , I dialed Jaden's phone number. "Hello" He picked up "How come you quit not telling me?" I asked and there's a hint of anger in my voice. I'm not angry because of him quitting but why none of them told me "Sorry , it didn't cross my mind" He said coldly "Congrats" I said briefly "Thanks , by-" "Where did Kimberly go?" I asked cutting him "I don't know" "You must know so tell me where?" "I don't know Ethan. We quit at the same time" He hissed "She helped you to get into that school so I bet you knew where she go now" I said coldly "Bye Ethan" He ended the call and when I called him back. He already blocked my number I felt weird , it's like half of my soul went away. I felt empty , lonely and just felt worried. I don't know what this feeling is but I will ignore it like it never happen Let Kimberly go and have her own life , she's nothing to me anyway. She's not important. She's just a stupid and ugly girl who likes me and got a tutor from me because she's dumb. Good thing she already got a good score or else I will hunt her and kill him for almost got me cut out from the team. Everything will go back to normal.. I knew that I was lying to my heart to assure myself that I'm okay while I'm not okay
