Caleb and Mabel circled the two men with mounting anxiety.
Bystanders whipped out their phones, their murmurs swelling into a cacophony.
Hearing the name "Lewis", Judy's memory clicked. "Avery!"
Avery's blonde hair from his youth was replaced by neatly styled black. He now bore the gentle face of an elementary school teacher.
