Chapter 3 Cordelia's Plan PART 2
Benedict forcefully loosened his tie, unbuttoning the buttons, revealing the symbol of a mature man, his sexy Adam's apple.
His deep eyes held a suppressed anger as if he needed to embrace the little woman in front of him tightly until she cried to relieve his frustration.
Cordelia swallowed nervously. This time, she had encountered someone difficult to deal with.
The man's face was almost touching her nose, a woody, cold fragrance filling the air. Cordelia quickly grabbed the thin fabric of her blouse at her chest. "I'm on my period. Be careful not to stain your clothes!"
Benedict narrowed his cold eyes, a faint sneer on his thin lips. "To correct your mistaken perception, I don't mind."
Cordelia was in shock.
She had met someone more stubborn than herself. What should she do?
Well, she had to pull out all the stops!
She licked her lips, her soft wrists gently resting on the man's well-defined neck. She smiled like a hungry cat discovering a delicacy, and with the other hand, she went for Benedict's buttons, murmuring, "Alright, don't disappoint me!"
Benedict's tall body stiffened. What was with the expectant look in this woman's eyes?
He not only failed to intimidate this ignorant woman, but she even seemed to get excited.
He furrowed his brows, lifting Cordelia and exerting a bit more force, tossing her off the bed.
"Ah! You're so rude!"
Benedict felt entangled, unable to shake her off. "Get out."
"After we get the license tomorrow, I'll naturally leave."
Benedict's cold and stern face darkened. He couldn't drive her away, and if he threw her out, she'd just scream wildly. He simply let her stay in the corner of the room, ignoring her.
He unbuttoned his shirt and went into the bathroom.
A moment later, wearing a casually wrapped bathrobe with a revealing neckline, exposing his well-built chest, Benedict filled the air with a woody fragrance.
Cordelia sat on the sofa, holding her phone. It was unknown what she was looking at. Hearing the sound, she looked up at him, and a blush appeared on her cute face.
Ignoring the petite figure, Benedict lay on the bed and casually turned off all the lights in the room.
He had trouble sleeping and disliked any sound or light source during sleep.
Cordelia sent a text, already scheming in her mind. After putting down her phone, she lay on the sofa to sleep.
The air conditioning in the room was set to a very low temperature, causing Cordelia's body to tremble slightly from the cold.
On the other hand, covered with a thick quilt, Benedict slept soundly.
Cordelia, hugging herself, shivered like a street cat, not knowing how long she could hold on...
The next day, when Benedict woke up, his gaze fell on the sofa, but the woman's figure was nowhere to be seen. A silent smile appeared on his thin lips.
Suddenly, he felt a warmth on his thigh, soft and heavy.
Lifting the quilt, he saw the woman lying beside him, hands and legs wrapped around the base of his thigh!
The woman slept soundly, under her dense black eyelashes, a small nose, and rosy thin lips like ripe fruit, tempting him to take a bite.
Benedict's heart tightened, and he threw the woman hugging his thigh off the bed, suppressing his anger. "Who allowed you to climb into my bed?"
