Chapter 7 Where is your mom?
"Now, your face is even more unbearable to witness now."
Teresa remarked.
These little imps are going too far!
Georgia raised her head, her eyes revealing malice and irritation.
When her gaze met Teresa's face, she momentarily froze.
She looks too much like Travis!
No, it can't be.
For so many years, Travis has always cherished that bitch in his heart.
How could he possibly have a child with another woman!
Georgia shook her head, dispelling that fleeting thought from her mind.
"Who sent you here?"
These little imps were clearly causing deliberate chaos.
Someone must be orchestrating all this behind the scenes, trying to make her look bad in front of Travis!
Georgia's expression changed rapidly.
Zoya hid behind Travis, gleefully watching Georgia.
This witch picks on the wrong people.
Why did she have to provoke Teresa? She's in for trouble.
"Are you speaking to me?"
Teresa squinted, a cold glint flashing in her eyes.
Georgia shuddered, feeling a bit unsure of herself.
She suddenly found these little imps not so easy to deal with.
It must be an illusion, definitely an illusion.
"Yes!"
Just a little brat, there's nothing to fear.
"You better leave now, or I'll call the police." Georgia threatened.
"You better call the police." Teresa sneered, disdain evident in her tone.
"I will teach you a lesson on behalf of your parents today!"
Georgia's eyes flashed with anger, reaching out towards Teresa in an attempt to grab her.
Teresa sneered, agilely dodging Georgia's hand.
Caught off guard, Georgia tumbled to the ground and rolled.
"This witch is bullying my sister!"
Zoya whimpered, rushing into Travis's arms.
Using him as a pillar, her little legs scrambling up.
Travis furrowed his brows slightly.
Under normal circumstances, he would never allow a child to approach him like this.
But today, he did not feel a hint of annoyance towards this little girl and even found her somewhat endearing.
As Zoya climbed up, she almost lost her balance.
Travis instinctively reached out, holding the little girl, a hint of indulgence flashing in his eyes.
Watching from afar, Sabrina's heart almost jumped out of her throat.
Seeing that Zoya was fine, she finally relaxed, though a strange feeling lingered in the depths of her heart.
Seeing the kids and Travis standing together, even Sabrina had to admit, the resemblance was striking.
Zoya lay on Travis's shoulder, her eyes curved with joy as she watched Georgia struggling to get up.
No way would they let Georgia snatch their dad!
Sabrina chuckled lightly, unable to contain her laughter.
These little scoundrels were really making her uneasy.
But seeing Georgia being put in her place was quite amusing.
Georgia got up from the ground, gritting her teeth as she glared at the kids.
A hint of resentment burned in her heart.
"Travis, only you can help me."
Her eyes red with tears, looking disheveled.
"I had no choice but to come to you for help. "
"If my sister were still here, she wouldn't want the family business to end up like this."
Georgia put on a mournful expression.
These words sounded particularly grating to Travis's ears.
"Enough."
Travis's aura turned icy cold, his gaze stern as he looked at Georgia.
"This is the last time I would help. Do not let me see you again."
Zoya felt the temperature drop around her, sensing that her dad was angry because of Georgia.
Having succeeded, Georgia turned around and left the place.
"Where is your mother?"
Travis crouched down to set Zoya down.
Looking at the kids before him, his tone subconsciously grew gentle.
That day at the airport, he remembered that these little ones were with a woman.
"Mom is waiting for us in the private room."
Zoya tilted her head, flashing a playful smile at Travis.
"Which private room? Let me take you there."
Watching these kids who bore some resemblance to himself, Travis couldn't help but feel something different.
"Room..."
"We'll go back by ourselves, thank you."
Kevin quickly covered his sister's mouth as she was about to speak.
Travis raised an eyebrow, observing this child who appeared mature and composed, unlike others of the same age.
Kevin, wary of Travis, pulled his siblings and turned away.
Travis's eyes deepened, with a hint of curiosity, watching the little radishes walk away.
Sabrina waited at the corner, only coming out after seeing Travis walk away.
"I thought you were going to the bathroom?"
"Mummy!"
Zoya pounced, coquettishly looking at Sabrina.
"I'm hungry, let's go back and eat!"
"Don't run around next time. After dinner, I'll take you to see Grandpa."
After the meal, they once again boarded the Lincoln limousine, driving towards a convalescent hospital.
After suffering a stroke, Bruce had been recuperating here.
His company was snatched by Polly and Georgia.
Over the years, Polly and Georgia had tried to kill Bruce many times.
Thanks to Nicole.
She helped clear out the people Polly had placed in the hospital and replaced them with her own people.
"Bruce is in this ward," Nicole stopped in her tracks.
Sabrina's eyes welled up with tears, feeling a hint of bitterness in her heart.
It had been six years, and she could finally see her father.
Yet, standing outside the door at that moment, she suddenly felt a sense of timidity.
"Mom, let's go and see Grandpa."
Zoya lifted her head.
Sabrina looked at her kids and instantly felt her mood uplifted.
Nicole patted her shoulder reassuringly, "Don't be afraid, open the door."
Sabrina nodded, her hand gripping the door handle firmly.
She pushed open the door.
