Chapter 18 Abduct
"Let them into the car."
Travis's cold voice came from behind.
Mark turned to look, somewhat surprised.
With Travis's personality, he shouldn't meddle in such matters.
"Kids, come with us and we'll find your mom, alright?"
Mark opened the car door, looking at the kids.
Then he glanced at Travis's stern face.
The more he looked, the more he felt they resembled each other.
"Thank you!"
Zoya smiled at Mark and climbed into the back seat.
The other kids followed suit, obediently sitting in the back.
Mark felt a sense of unease.
How come he felt like these kids had wanted to get into the car long before?
The car headed towards Blair Creations.
After a brief exchange in the car, Zoya had been familiar with Mark.
In Travis's office, the kids sat around the table, where snacks Mark had bought were laid out.
"What's your name, little one?" Mark asked Teresa with a gentle tone.
Teresa lazily looked up at Mark, coldly replying, "Teresa."
This little girl's temperament unexpectedly resembled Travis's.
Mark couldn't believe she wasn't Travis's child.
Now he was even more curious about who the mothers of these cute kids were.
"Mark, can you call my mommy?"
Zoya blinked her grape-like eyes.
Mark inwardly cursed at her future boyfriend, wondering who she might be taken advantage of when she grows up.
"Of course, do you remember your mommy's number?"
"Yes!"
Zoya waved her hand, calling out.
Mark took out his phone, ready to dial when Travis suddenly walked over from the office.
Zoya sneakily glanced at Travis, finding daddy's cold demeanor rather appealing.
However, she liked it!
Yusuf was also observing Travis.
From a young age, he possessed extraordinary patience and attentiveness.
Travis sat on the sofa, his gaze sweeping over these kids.
The numerous coincidences and the kids' appearances made everything seem like a conspiracy, prompting Travis to doubt.
If this is indeed a conspiracy, who is the mastermind behind it, and what is their purpose?
"Mom's number is..."
...
Sabrina changed into the clothes Nicole had sent and came out of the restroom.
On the way back to the parking lot, Sabrina briefly mentioned the situation.
"Five kids are waiting in the car for you. Hurry up," Nicole urged as she came out of the elevator, looking at her friend.
"Alright," Sabrina nodded and followed.
However, her phone suddenly rang.
It was an unknown number.
She hesitated for a moment but ended up answering the call.
A sweet and lovely voice came through, "Mommy!"
Sabrina's heart suddenly leaped, sensing a strong sense of foreboding.
Indeed, the next moment, Nicole rushed over nervously, "Sabrina, the kids are missing."
Sabrina rubbed her temples, somewhat helplessly.
"Zoya, where are you?"
Beside Zoya, a pleasant male voice could be heard.
"Are you Zoya's Mommy?"
"I am. Who are you?" Sabrina frowned.
In just a short while, these troublesome little ones had disappeared.
"I'm Mark. The kids are currently at Blair Creations. Come here to pick them up."
Mark looked towards Travis, silently asking, "How did I do?"
Travis cast a glance at Mark, focusing his attention on waiting for the woman's response on the phone.
"Your mommy will be here soon to pick you up," Mark said, somewhat reluctantly.
Time spent with the cute kids flew by too quickly.
"Mark, we live in Haisaint Authern. If you have time, you are most welcome to visit me."
Zoya likes Mark.
Not only is he handsome, but he also indulges in playful activities with her in a rather naive manner, even generously providing them with numerous snacks.
According to mommy, such a fool must be taken advantage of.
"Haisaint Authern?" Mark expressed a hint of surprise.
How come they live so close to Travis?
On the other side, Travis furrowed his brows as the voice of their mommy struck a chord of familiarity within him.
The image of Sabrina flashed through his mind, reminiscing on the moment when he inquired if she had kids and Sabrina immediately denied.
Travis couldn't help but entertain suspicions.
"I shall be there promptly."
Sabrina terminated the call, her expression instantaneously transforming.
Nicole approached nervously, inquiring, "Where are they?"
"Blair Creations," Sabrina remarked, feeling a headache coming on.
She sensed that her kids might have inadvertently walked into a trap.
Could it be that they truly missed their daddy?
Contemplating this, Sabrina suddenly felt a pang of guilt towards her five adorable treasures.
"Blair Creations?!" Nicole exclaimed.
A thought suddenly struck her, prompting her to ask.
"Sabrina, you must come clean. Who was that man from back then? Could it possibly be Travis Blair?"
Given how strikingly similar the kids looked to Travis, it didn't seem far-fetched to consider this possibility.
"Let's set that aside for now, Nicole. I need your assistance with something."
She needed to retrieve her kids, yet she couldn't personally visit, as it would undoubtedly arouse Travis's suspicions.
"Speak."
If there was anyone who could retrieve the kids, it was Nicole.
"Travis, there is a lady downstairs who claims to be here to pick up her kids."
Danny informed from outside the door.
"Bring her up," Mark instructed.
Finally, he would have the opportunity to meet this esteemed figure.
What kind of woman could she be?
Danny turned and descended the stairs.
Soon after, he escorted a woman into the room.
Nicole, clad in an elegant dress, strode in energetically and began searching for the kids upon entering the office.
Upon seeing the precious little ones unharmed, Nicole's heart finally settled.
"You?" Mark gazed at Nicole in disbelief.
Travis furrowed his brow, his eyes flashing with an indiscernible glint.
"You!" Nicole, upon spotting Mark, immediately widened her eyes.
"I knew you weren't a good person! You abduct kids?!"
"What nonsense are you spouting?"
Mark was at a loss for words.
This woman seemed to make baseless accusations without reason.
He was merely helping!
"Nicole, where's Mommy?"
Zoya's little face drooped.
