Chapter 2

　　"Hmm!" The unconscious man snorted. 　　Like a balloon that had been pricked, his manhood seemed to deflate. As she withdrew the needle, she snorted coldly. From then on, this man could no longer harm another woman the way he did to her. 　　Unable to look at his face, she packed up her things and walked away in a hurry. 　　Anna was one of the participants in the rural outreach organized by her university. 　　After returning to the camp in the house, she saw that her classmates had all fallen asleep. 　　Anna stood at the small bathing stall and splashed water all over her body. 　　Seeing the bruises on her body, she wept. 　　For twenty years, she had kept herself intact, only for this strange man to violate her. She resolved to confess to him after going back into the city. 　　After half-heartedly cleaning herself, Anna went back to sleep. 　　She found that the bed beside her was empty, and her friend Chloe Wang had not returned yet. 　　She suddenly remembered that her friend had told her she was going to have dinner at her relatives in the nearby town. Since this was a remote area, too far from the road, it was safe to assume she won't be back tonight. 　　She closed her eyes and went to sleep. 　　Under the moonlight, a disheveled figure stumbled across the mountains and forests. 　　Confirming that there was no one was chasing behind her, she finally slowed down, wiped her face, and squatted down to rest. 　　A sense of déjà vu overcame her, as though she had been here before. Indeed, it wasn’t her first time to come to this place. But looking down at the water, she was surprised to find that the reflection wasn’t her own. Looking back at her was her friend. 　　As Anna tossed and turned in her sleep, her friend Chloe Wang was sick to her stomach as she thought of the wretched man who had managed to trip her and wouldn’t let her go. 　　She had thought she was going to a relative's house for dinner, but who knew that she’d get lost and be raped by some country hick. What bad luck she had. 　　She groped around, desperately searching for anything she could use to defend herself. Suddenly, she clicked something. Then there was a flash of light as her phone began to take a video. 　　Startled, she looked at the man. Her jaw fell open in disbelief. How handsome he was! 　　Moreover, this man’s naked body looked magnificent! 　　In the early morning, Anna woke up from a nightmare. 　　She had repeatedly dreamed of the man from last night. She couldn't see his face, but he tormented her all night. 　　Anna forced herself to get up and endure the pain she still felt from having broken her hymen last night, as well as the bruises she had from struggling. 　　Today was the last day of their training here, and tomorrow, they were returning to school. She packed her luggage and saw that Chloe Wang hadn't come back, so she called her. 　　"Can you help me? Just pack my things for me, please?" Chloe asked her. Without waiting for a response, she hung up. 　　Anna shook her head helplessly, and put her friend’s things in her luggage. 　　When the bus was about to leave, Anna put their suitcases in the luggage compartment. 　　Their team leader sounded cross as she addressed everyone, "Where is Ms. Wang? Her buddy should stay behind and wait for her!" 　　"Sorry, she should be here any moment now--" Before Anna finished speaking, Chloe finally arrived. 　　She was all smiles, ignoring the angry teaching assistant leading the team, and went straight to her seat. 　　Anna sat next to her and whispered. "Chloe, you’re late, you should apologize to Prof. Xu..." 　　"Apologize?" Chloe Wang rolled her eyes and snorted. "Hello, she’s just a teacher. Anna, my days in this dumb school are numbered. Soon, my luck is about to change! I could not care less about that idiot." 　　Anna looked at her, speechless. 　　A whispered discussion came from the girls behind them. 　　"Look at the white suit Chloe Wang is wearing. It’s Chanel's latest summer model, super expensive." 　　"So she’s rich, after all? Amazing..." 　　When Chloe heard their words, her lips curled up triumphantly. 　　Anna was a little puzzled. 　　Chloe Wang's family background wasn’t bad, but she wasn't particularly rich. Even people who don't pay attention to luxury brands know that Chanel is expensive. 　　Anna felt that Chloe was suddenly acting strange after having dinner at her relative’s house. 　　Chloe glanced at Anna and found that she was wearing something on her neck. 　　"What's this?" 　　She stretched out her hand and involuntarily pulled out the necklace hidden beneath Anna's shirt. 　　At first glance, the round pendant made of copper looks like it had come from the flea market. 　　Chloe Wang let go of it in disgust, "Your boyfriend gave it to you? You can buy this stuff on the street." 　　Anna was stunned and realized that this was the necklace the man had put around her neck last night. 　　The color drained from her face as she took off the necklace without saying a word, and put it in her pocket. 　　Upon seeing this, Chloe Wang just snorted. "You and your cheap boyfriend. Ugh, just break up with him already. He keeps talking about true love but he can’t even buy his girlfriend a proper necklace." 　　Anna frowned. "I can make money myself, why should I spend my boyfriend's money?"
