447: THE PAIN THAT REVOLVES
ARIEL'S POV
Celine continued to berate Samantha with accusations and harsh words, which was really annoying. Celine's relentless tirade swiftly silenced Samantha's attempts to speak.
"This must be the reason why God didn't give you a child," Celine spat out, her voice dripping with contempt. "Because you would just go ahead and kill them!"
Samantha's eyes filled with tears, her shoulders shaking with the weight of Celine's accusations. "I'm sorry," she choked out between sobs, her voice barely audible over Celine's harsh words.
With a defeated sigh, she turned away, her footsteps echoing down the corridor as she disappeared from sight. My heart ached for her, the pain and guilt etched into every line of her face.
