Chapter 26: Broken Piece

The night had barely begun when Rachel’s call brought Emma and Alexander back to the office. They were both anxious, eager to hear what new information Rachel had uncovered. As they arrived, Rachel met them with a determined look. “I’ve tracked down a lead,” Rachel said urgently. “We’ve located Emily’s last known address.
