Alexander was deeply engrossed in his work, the silence of his office broken only by the soft hum of his computer and the occasional rustle of papers. He was meticulously going through some important files, preparing for a meeting that was scheduled in just under twenty minutes. Despite the intensity of his focus, he couldn't help but notice the familiar scent of Emma’s perfume wafting through the air as she entered the room. He looked up, a smile spreading across his face as he saw her. "Hey, babe," Alexander greeted warmly, his voice filled with affection. Emma smiled back, holding up a small bag. "I brought lunch. I know you’ve been swamped with work." Alexander’s eyes softened at the sight of her. Without hesitation, he gently pulled her onto his lap, his strong arms wrapping around her waist. He pressed a light peck on her lips, savoring the brief moment of intimacy. "You always know just what I need," he murmured, his tone flirtatious. Emma chuckled, playfully pushing him awa
