‘Welcome to Irish Sky’ were the words written on the signpost as our car drove past. I glanced at Cole who was solely concentrated on the wheels. He wouldn’t dare look me in the eyes since the events of last night. We’ve spent several hours on the road, yet we didn’t speak much to each other as well and frankly, I preferred it that way. Our silence might be a tense one, but it was much preferable to having the tough conversation we should be having.
