Alistair is busy touching my hands like a total creep, and I can hear Art and Jasper laughing at the side. "C-cant you guys help me ?! He is drunk. " I shouted angrily at Art and Jasper. "You should let him drink mor- "Have you heard when Alistair is drunk and he gets angry for whatever kind of reason there is a possibility that the whole field will be ruined? HA? " I exclaimed at their faces. Jayden is nowhere to be found, same as Gray. "You should do your best not to upset him then…" –Art commended. "What !? Me ?! " Alsiatir hugged me from behind, his hands were around my waist. THIS GUY- ‘Wow isn"t that sweet" ‘Sana all" ‘Are they sweet?" ‘Is that June and Alistair?" ‘What about the one chasing Alistair?" ‘Who don?" ‘Princess Asraea" ‘Ah the one in the 1st seat." I could hear several rumors forming around us. Good thing Alistair didn't say my name too loudly. He is not careful, what is doing ?! "Alistair, I'll really cut off your arm if you don't get well." I whispered. He rubbed his head at my back, since the fabric is made of fur it might feel good. "You smell nice." Why didn't I keep an eye on him? Damn it, why do I have to take responsibility for this ?! Im just his childhood friend, damn it. "Alistair, get well sabiiii…" I said annoyed and tried to remove his arm. "Alistair- "Your voice sounds good too." IS HE BEING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW ?! I need to get him some water. ASAP. Since Art has no plans to help me. "Ok- Al. I"ll go get something for you. " I told him. "Really? What kind of something? " Alistair seem excited like a child. God why have you created such a beautiful man- I got up and approached a waiter. "Hi-" *BLAG* I turned my attention to where the sound was. My eyes immediately widened when I saw Al punch the table, now its broken. Seriously, this is why he"s not allowed to get drunk at all! The king already told me about this, he said the prince is not in the right mind if he"s drunk. "WHOAA DUDE-" I immediately ran into their habit. He immediately hugged me when I got there, I saw Gray and Jayden in the side, mukchang kakarating lang din nila. "Don't talk to him." Many people are already looking at us. I looked at Art to say we were leaving first. He immediately understood that, so he gave us a way. It was easy since Alistair is willing to follow me, he is not letting me go. UGH. "Goddamn it, Al. can you not punch some random stuffs when you"re mad? Why did you punch that ??? " I told him. "You talked to him, I thought you would give me something. Why did you go to that guy anyway? " - Alisair "What if I talked to him? That"s going to be none of your business, I only asked him water. Can you stop what you"re doing? You almost ruin the party "I replied angrily to him, we entered the guy"s dormitory. He didn't speak for a few minutes, I could feel his arms loosening the grip in my waist. Good thing is that his room is unlocked so we entered immediately. Only Art would have brought Alistair to his room. I laid him on his bed. "Stay please." I sighed and sat on her bed. "I missed you." He probably didn"t mean what he is saying right now since he"s drunk. "Al, you"re drunk. I'll just get you some water. " I got up and took him to the water. I immediately went back to his bed, he was just there staring at the ceiling. "* Hic* I missed the good old days. Remember when you * hic * always create some flower crowns for us both? And we would always laugh and play. You would always tell me that you"re going to be the Queen. Do you remember? " I sighed, I remember them all. That's all the good memories left from him. "No." I lied. "But, I do remember being avoided all the time." Since he won"t remember anything, I probably should tell him what I feel. "Since when did you start avoiding me? Hmmm… oh yeah, that time when I asked the King to be in the 1st seat in the Queen Candidate. " I laughed remembering that time. "I also remember myself getting humiliated every time I go to the palace because I wanted to play with you again, yet you never showed up." His hair was still a mess, and in a bright morning sunlight. He looked more handsome and hot than I"d usually see him. "Hush now. I"ll go get you some tea. " I was just stunned by what he was saying. I looked at what I"m wearing, I"m in my pajamas. He"s half naked. Shit did something happen last night ?! Di-did he took m-my… OMG I rushed to him. "Did something happen to us? my body is aching." I asked him, I saw him smiled. "STOP SMILING THIS ISNT FUNNY!" "Sadly, nothing happened- "What do you mean sadly !? Why am I dressed in my pajamas then? Why are you half naked? And why does my body hurt so much !? " I have so many questions right now. "Ok calm down, I"ll tell you when that calms down. Also nothing happened. " I raised an eyebrow at him and gave him an ‘Are-you-sure" look. "I can assure you nothing happened." I inhaled and exhaled and went back to bed. I looked around, the dress that I wore last night is in the sofa. Did I drink alcohol too? There are bottles on the floor. I looked at Al who is still half naked, he placed the tray on the table next to the bed. "C"mon." I rubbed my eyes, why does he looks so good? Will he just wake up? Do I look like a witch when I wake up? "Ash." "H-ha?" "Here"s the tea. You like blueberry tea right? " I stared at him, how does he know? I didn"t tell him anything about my favorite tea. "Y-yeah, how did you know?" he didn"t answer, I just sat on the bed and took it. It really soothes my body. Staying inside his room isn"t really that bad, besides his bed is comfy. Unfair, because he will soon be crowned prince, his bed is so beautiful. "I don"t know how to cook, would like to eat outside?" he asked me and sat down on one of the chairs. "Don't we have a class today?" I sipped some tea. "No, the exchange students will leave later." I nodded. He was also drinking tea, I smiled. Remembering those times being with him was just fun. "Then I shall start asking questions. What happened and I'm here in your dorm room? " –Me "Well, you brought me here. But you got drunk and slept beside me. Jayden went here. I kind of called her. " he placed his hands in his nape. "She's the one who dressed you too don't worry." I feel relieved now. Wait, am I drunk? And when did his drunkenness went away? "Wait, when did you get sober?" I will ask. "I have low tolerance in alcohol, my intoxication also disappears quickly after a few hours." He explained. "I fell asleep shortly though, when I woke up you were drunk." I was just slapped on my forehead, god that was embarrassing. I wish I didn"t say anything about myself. I just kept drinking tea- *BLAG* "YO YO YOOOOO ~" Art arrived along with Jayden and Jasper. "G-good morning. We"re sorry to interrupt, but we brought breakfast. " –Jayden said while bowing. "Nice, this is where June slept?" Jasper asked laughingly. We ignored Jasper's question, we sat down on the sofa. "Jasper and I drank a lot yesterday." Art started. "I can see that, he was vomiting the whole evening." –Jayden. "Art how drunk were you last night? I didn"t see you after we drank. " - Jasper. "Well I still have my pants on from last night. See? So maybe, not that drunk? " we raised an eyebrow at him, Alistair was just silent eating. He gave me some waffles and I ate it too, I"m hungry. Only Jasper and Art speak. Jayden was also busy munching some biscuits, she gave me some too. "Wait, wasn't your suit blue yesterday? You"re wearing color black. Those aren"t your pants. " "Because- We heard a knock from outside, we didn"t really answer since he opened it immediately. It was Gray. "Prince Alistair needed- oh you're all here." He said when he noticed us. "What are you all doing here? In the prince"s room? " "OOOh hey Graayyy ~ how was your dance with Seraphina?" laughed Art. Gray's eyes glazed over at him. I saw Jayden moved from my side, did something happened? "I"m here to inform the prince that the exchange students are leaving soon. Which means we all needed to be there. Good thing there is no class. " –Gray explained. We all just nodded. "Come and eat with us, sit next to Jayden since he's the only one sitting there." I'm just really sorry, I can feel Jayden looking at me. He didn"t refuse so we ate, Jasper and Art went back to chatting. "Seriously Art, where are you?" –Jasper was looking weirdly at Art "Heyyy I don"t rmemeber ok? Don"t look at me like that! I can"t even remember who I had for dinner. " –Art complained. "Excuse me, come again? Who? WHO ?! " –Jasper was shrieking now. Hmmm… this is calming, I never thought this peaceful day would come, I wish ganito nalang parati. But I know peaceful things won"t last. ************** "Goodbye princess" is here today at the entrance of the school. Its weird because the school didn"t let us welcome them when they first arrived. "Goodbye Evyanah, Taliyah. Take care. " Saying goodbye to them, Seraphina was busy talking with Alistair along with Art and Gray. While Jasper, me and Jayden are here talking to the siblings. "You too Princess." Taliyah smiled. "I'm sorry about your family, I hope things will go well this time." Jayden said. "Oh yes, we will. Thank you. " Evyanah answered while smiling. "We will see you next time." - Jasper. The two nodded and entered the carriage, there are carriages because Seraphina wants to be separated by them because of the incident. He's too much. Seraphina followed but before that she approached us. "I'll miss you Princess, I have enjoyed the moments we had together." She said tearfully. She did? Yeah she probably enjoyed getting me into trouble too. "Mhmm… me too dear." I smiled, its fake. She leaned on me and whispered something. "You're lucky" I was still smiling so as not to notice that he said something to me. "Someone is there to look out for you. I get why they choose you, but I won"t back down without fighting you. " I also whispered back, she was about to step back but I held her shoulders so she wouldn't move away. "You thought you"re the main character, but it"s your own story. Hmm? " I let her go, I'm still smiling at her and I waved my hands. She smiled back at me but her eyes tells me something else. She entered the carriage, she was still staring at me, giving me death glares. I happily waved goodbye at her. The next time I see her again, she"s going to be a lot more different. Time flies by and the school is still the same. My small incidents happening but not like before, just some normal fighting scenes or some explosions when there are experiments. Yeah perfectly normal. Nothing really happen much in my life except it"s a little bit chaotic than I expected it would be. Gray and Alistair are now a little bit busy than usual, I'm used to it since Alistair was really that busy in my previous life. We just meet often, we are still friends though but he"s a little bit different. The more he smiles or laughs, sometimes he would just talk to me about his course for opinions of some sorts. Since I know something about politics because that's the previous course I took, Art and I can help them. Jayden is a little bit bubbly now, so are Jasper and Art. This year is going to be our last year as students. We are all here in the office of the head of the school to annouce the members who are part of Alistair's team. Basically the future team of the future King. "Are you sure this is going to be your future team?" Alistair just nodded. He was annoyed just now because the question was repeated. I will be his head Knight, the members are just gonna be Jayden and Jasper. Art"s gonna be his political assistant and Gray is going to be his wizard. Kinda different from my previous life but I think this will work in order for me not to die. "But isn"t Princess Astraea going to be in the Queen Candidate?" astonished question of the head. "No I already backed out so its fine." I explained to him. She then signed the papers that it"s going to be the official team of the future King. I could see Alistair making a face, We immediately parted ways since we still had to attend one of our classes. "Father's going to be proud." Jasper smiled at his sister. "Yeah." They are so happy too since they didn"t expect to be part of the team. Many can join but only Alistair can choose. So in my previous life, he only trusted Jasper and Gray. When we entered the room, many people congratulated us, it was announced in the school a few minutes ago. Even sir Leo congratulated us. "Congrats kids, take good care of the future king." Smiling greeting from Sir Leo. We just smiled and said ‘thank you" to him. The class has started and its still the same as ever. Kind of boring really, nothing too exciting is going on. ***************
Its Saturday today and another meeting is up for us. "It's boring. Can"t we held some party or something again? It"s boring in this school "–Art complained. "What do you mean? You're always having a party for no reason. "-Jasper "Yes, the teachers will no longer approve the requests about parties." –Jayden "Is it my fault that our school only applies ranks and stuffs?" –Art "Ok smartass, what is the school for? Huh? Another party? Get well soon "–Jasper. "Namaaann eeehh ~ I seriously need some thrill in my life right now." –Art Gray suddenly arrived with Alistair who had been frowning before. He looks tired too, as usual he approached me and stepped aside. He placed his head in my shoulders, he always did it as long as he was tired. I just let him go since he"s a friend. "Then there's good news for you Art." Gray said while reading some papers… isn"t Art suppose to do that since he"s the assistant? "We're going to have a field trip as a team." "OH MY YES! FINALLY! " Art's celebration like a child. I get why Alistair is making such a face. He has a lot of stuffs to do tas plus the field trip. "Where to?" Jayden asked. "Pendragon Island." Art was humbled by what he heard. What? I thought he want some thrill in his life? "Why? What do you have? " –Jayden "That"s one of the dangerous places in the world! Why would the school send us to such a place! I thought it was a field trip? " Art protested. "I"m not asking for death, I only said thrill! Not death! " "Field trip sounds promising so…." Art just stared at Gray. "What are we gonna do there?" Jasper asked. "To find a person, she was lost for a year now. She"s a student here too, so the school asks us to find her in that island. Don he last saw- "What? The school wants us to die like her? " Art intruded. "No she"s alive. The island has a village near shore, it"s the forests and mountains that are dangerous. " Gray explained. "A villager went to the forest and went deep, he said he saw a person." "Are you sure he didn't see a ghost? I heard that deep in the mountains and forests there are large creatures that live, they don"t want to be disturbed by anyone so if someone went into that deep in the forests. They will never come out alive. " Art stated. "How did you know?" I asked. "I"ve been there, the villagers would tell us about the story of a dragon living in those mountains. She owns that island, that"s why people are scared to go deep in the forest. " Art answered then shrugged. "Thus it"s called Pendragon Island. I don't know why some people still live there " "We're just gonna find someone there." –Gray responded. "Well eehh- do you know that many have not survived there ?! I still don"t want to die. This is not a field trip at all! " Art exclaimed. "Shut up we need this. I lied about the field trip, this is a mission. We"re leaving in 3 days, if we managed to find the girl. We"ll graduate even if we don"t reach our points. " Gray added while reading the papers. "You prefer points over your life?" –Art "No I prefer life over life, we're saving a person." –Gray "I swear to God if that girl"s a ghost- "Shut up Art." **********
We are here on a ship bound for the island. Very few people go there because it is one of the dangerous islands. We also woke up early because of this, around 3 am and we arrived at 6 am at the port. We still need to travel another 5 hours to the island. Art is just cursing here and there saying we"re all gonna die. Jayden would just smack him or comfort him saying ‘There are beautiful women don." "I can't believe this, this is clearly a suicide mission!" Art cried. Even though we have already entered the ship, Art still complains about this mission. Jasper is just dragging him around. "Do we have a place to live?" I asked Alistair, we didn't pay attention to Art at first. "Yeah, a lodge. The school already prepared everything. " Alistair answered. "HAH! THE SCHOOL WANTS US TO DIE. " This time Jayden knocked Art so hard that he went unconscious. "You work with him, he's been annoying all day I want to rest." Jayden said to the brother. "But- "Want me to punch you too? I"m older than you so shut up and let me fucking rest. " -Jayden Jasper had no choice so he just made Art sit on a chair, Jayden sat down too and lowered her head. Gray was still busy reading papers but then Jayden was told that he was already asleep. "Hey you sleepy?" Alistair asked. "Come sit here." I have no choice because my foot is already hurting from standing. I stepped aside from him. "Sleep, I'll wake you up when we get there." "ARAAAAYY- FUCK MY JAW PAIN!" I woke up to Art's loud shout. "Can you stop shouting? You disturb those who sleep. " –Alistair said while he was reading something. I leaned on his shoulder. So I immediately walked away. "Oh you"re awake. How"s your sleep? " he asked. "Yeah I'm awake." I also rubbed my eyes. "Wait, I slept on your shoulder earlier? Isn't that annoying? " "Nah, you were peacefully sleeping. Till Art shouted and ruined it. " He sighed in response. "Do you want to knock out Art again? You are disturbing my sleep. " Jayden is still in a bad mood until now. Jasper is nowhere to be found, Jayden is scolding Art, Gray is sleeping beside Jayden. "Hey guys, I think we're already here." Jasper called us, so we stayed except for Jayden, Art and Gray. We went to look at the island. WHOA IT WAS BEAUTIFUL… The trees are so tall, they said it"s a small island but it looks huge in my opinion… ****************
We got off the ship, I don"t think people use carriages here. They use wheels, it looked like a carriage but without a horse. They seem advance but it still look native. "Ah you must be the students from the Empire. Good day Prince Alistair. " Greetings from an old man who was sitting on a… I don't know what to call that. "What"s that wheel thing called?" Art asked, thank you because I have no plans to ask. "It"s called a carrier. It looks like a carriage but without a horse, we use machines on this one. " The old man explained "Oh, wow that looks advanced." We nodded. "Hop on, I"m Finn. I own the lodge you"re staying. " We boarded the Carrier Finn says, it was really uncomfortable since he was small and only 4 people would fit. The carrier seems to be so heavy that it can't work. "Hmmm, I should call a friend. Stay here, he only lives nearby. " This island is somewhat comfortable in my opinion. They don"t treat you like a royalty here, they treat you normally. Good thing I brought some adventure outfits. I looked around, they still wear dresses and suits. Lots of big trees and very few people, the road is not cemented either. "Ah the other carrier is here, you 4 should ride on it." Alistair and I were the only ones on board with Finn, Art and the others on the same carrier. While traveling I was so beautiful around, it"s so peaceful. We passed a bridge… nice. I gazed on the mountains in the distance since the view there was also very beautiful. "Mhmm… isn"t the land peaceful?" –Finn "Ohh yes." –Me "It"s because a dragon protected this island. Oh I heard you will find someone here? " –Finn. "Ah yes she was a student in our school too." He nodded. "Well best to be careful. Deep in the forest, lies a dragon protecting this island. " –Finn "Dragon? I heard that there are some unknown species lurking in the forest. Is that true? " –Me "Yes child, don"t hurt any of the species. The owner of the island will get mad. Not long ago some hunters went into the forest and never came back. They are probably dead. That"s why we stay on the edge of the island. " –Finn "Uh so about the lost student, do you kind of know her?" he looked at me while still driving. "Not really, but my grandson does. I only saw her once. " -Finn "Grandson?" "Yes, both of them went in the forest and never came back."
"S-so- "Yes. They were good friends, that student arrived here a year ago. I always warned them not to go deep in the forest but… they did. They never came back just like the rumors said. " "Then someone said that they saw a person deep in the forest, they also said that it looked like my grandson's friend." She gasped. "I asked them if they also saw him, but he said he didnt." "Al, are you reading a book?" annoyed I asked him. "Refrain reading while riding young prince. That will hurt the eyes. " –Finn Al just sighed and closed the book, as if he hadn't slept since we traveled. *****
We are here at the lodge, it was a very nice place since the inside was very cold and at the same time so comfortable. There is also a fireplace in the middle, wow I hope we wont accidentally burn this lodge down. At the back there is a hot spring, its not really that big but it still looks nice. There are 2 since its for guys and gals. Wow seems like I want to take a bath. "Can't I just stay here while you guys find that girl?" Art said while pouting his lips. He sat on the sofa and hugged it like a fool. "You know, Art, you didn't even help assist the prince, you still complain." –Gray said, he was still reading the papers. Same as Al but he"s reading a book. "Alistair, go to sleep first. We will search tomorrow. We will take care of the preparation. " I said skanya and took the luggage. There are 2 rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The ones below are big so they can sleep there. Jayden and I are upstairs since the room is small. "June, I already arranged the room upstairs. Its beautiful because it has a mini balcony. " Jayden said while helping me get the baggage. "I also arranged the room downstairs." I nodded, I sent Alistairdoon and put him to sleep. He has been silent for the past few hours. Is he ok? Jasper and Art went outside to get some fresh air. Jayden is just upstairs. Gray and Alistair are in the room. "Hey June, Alsiatirs hot." Gray rushed to me when he came out of their room. I raised an eyebrow at him. "I know he"s hot but I didn"t know you have a thing for men. Im not judging you though, it"s fine to like men. " I said with a shrug. Aaah, I feel sorry for Jayden. I didn"t know Gray is gay. He looked at me with a nasty face. Why? Is it not? "I was being specific. I mean he"s really hot, I think he"s sick. " Oh… good for Jayden then. "You should take care of him, and no Im not gay. Stop thinking weird stuffs. " I faked a laugh. Well I'm sorry for misunderstanding, because he didn't say it properly. I got up and went to their room, the room is cold. "Al?" I called Alistair who had been covered with a blanket. I approached his bed, he was sleeping. I touched his forehead, its not that hot but he"s sick. Was he so quiet before? "Your hands are cold." I heard him say, he's eyes are still closed. "Yeah sorry about that, I will get some medicine for your fever." Taska I stood up and took medicine and water. "Can I hug you? It"s really cold. " He said softly. Is the fever getting worst? To my surprise, he suddenly got up and hugged me. "Asshyyyy ~ hug meeeee tiggghhtt" Ok wtf. "A-Alistair? Are you okay?" I looked at his face, he was red and his eyes were swollen. Shit I think its going worst. "If you don"t hold me tight. I will cry. " Well shit. To be continued...
