CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY – TRIUMPH OF THE WITNESSES
One by one, they took the stand, their voices trembling with raw emotion as they recounted the nightmare they had endured at Dr. Foster's hands.
Tales of gaslighting, of manipulation so insidious it had left them questioning their very sanity, of anguish so profound it had nearly consumed them whole.
The first to testify was a young man named Trevor, his haunted gaze fixed upon Dr. Foster as he took the stand.
"She had a way of getting inside your head," he began, his voice low and laced with bitterness. "Of making you doubt everything you thought you knew about yourself, about your reality."
