“Why are you standing there so stiff, dear?” the old woman asked and Anya tried to find her voice. It was not the butler beside the old woman or the staff’s respectful demeanor that told her made her more self conscious, something about this old woman felt like she was staring at Daniel. Instinct told her she may look like a nice old lady, but she could become really dangerous. But for some reason, Anya felt warmth when looking at her. “I am just shocked to see you,” she answered and the old woman let out a smile and beckoned to Anya to come closer and sit beside her.
