After a quick lunch, Melanie took Nellie on the bus. The security team at Edward's office naturally wouldn't let Melanie through without checking her credentials. After she registered her information, they finally opened the door for her. Curiosity buzzed through the group when they learned that Melanie was Edward's new wife, and they couldn't help but steal a few glances at her. Once Melanie walked away, the whispers began. "Mr. Grayson's wife is gorgeous. She looks like a movie star! We're seeing something new today." "Tell me about it! But who's that little girl with her?" "Not sure. She must be a relative's child." The men exchanged a few more comments before moving on to other topics. Edward had returned from abroad and joined the PR department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since marrying him, Melanie had learned a bit about his work. She had already asked the security team where his office was located. Nellie looked around with wide eyes, taking in the surroundings
