CHAPTER 115: BLAMING PAUL
"What am I supposed to do now?" Cecilia was shouting in the distance as Sarah tried to quell her.
"It will be okay, Cici," Sarah said. "We always find a way, don't we?"
Paul turned around, tears in his eyes as he tried not to listen to them.
"It had all been my fault," he thought.
"If only I zoomed out of there in time."
He stomped on the floor and banged his fist on the harsh wall.
"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" He rammed his fist to the wall in frustration.
"You can't do that here, " a nurse said as she approached him, her face displaying zero sympathy.
He looked at her briefly, then brought out his phone. In seconds, he was scrolling through his contacts.
He stopped at the name Benjamin.
" It's been a long time since I spoke to him." Paul thought.
"Hey, buddy. It's been long," Ben's warm, affectionate voice boomed over the phone.
"Ben!!" Paul choked; his voice was laced with dullness.
