"Where's Luciano? It's been some time I set my eyes on that insane messenger of death" Wulfgur said, changing the subject. "You should understand what he's doing now. He mustn't play with his occupation as the god of death " Thanos answered him. Alpha ruler Wulfgur, Thanos, the god of fate and Luciano, the god of death were best of allies for thousand of years. "That silly harvester of souls!" The ruler giggled. "I want to go, I mi….." Someone interrupted him by hollering and the two of them turned towards the direction of the voice. "Report! Report! My ruler!" One of the guards flooded in with a scroll in his grasp. He lowered down with his head bowed. "If it's not too much trouble, please accept my apologies for encroaching upon your discussion with… ." The guard began but was cut off. "Just go straight to the point. Why are you with that scroll? Who sent it?" Wulfgur asked, looking at Thanos who just shrugged. "The parchment is from the Jade Emperor from China. He wants a get-together with all of the sovereigns over the world. Today." The guard relayed the message and stretched out the scroll on to the lord. "Jeez! Does he not know I have locked up my powers? How am I supposed to travel so fast?" Wulfgur looked inquiringly at Thanos. "Do not look at me that way. I ain't the person who said you should seal your powers. You were the one who said you would rather not be a sovereign, yet it seems you don't have a choice right now. It's better you get on your way now to avoid the thunder strike from the jade sovereign." Thanos laughed and shook his head. "I can take the thunder strike. It's simply a scratch." Alpha Ruler waved it off. "No doubt, but you've sealed your powers. You will nearly be dead before you get the tenth strike." "God! Have a good day! I'm off!" Wulfgur rolled his eyes at the snickering Thanos and left him. ******* At the Gathering, "Here comes the incredible emperor of our time. It's shocking you came early today," One of the lords from the asian side, Japan, laughed and walked closer to him. "I thought you wouldn't see any problems with getting the thunder strike," He jeered. "Do whatever it takes not to make trouble, Sovereign Richu. Stay away from me today. I'm not in a decent mood." Wulfgur forewarned him and passed his side. He ignored various lords endeavoring to joke or chat with him till he got to Luciano. "Hallowed soul gatherer! When did you complete your errand and didn't actually attempt to tell me." He jeered and gave him a thump. "I and Thanos were even talking about you before I recieved this startling gathering call from the jade sovereign. I guess he has a message from Zeus." He said. "I haven't gone about my business fully when I got this also. I heard Ruler Zeus has found something he lost a very long time prior. I don't have any idea." Luciano replied. "Makes no difference, either way! Did you find who you truly went there for?" Luciano also was looking for his reborn mate for a hundred years now. "Indeed, her reborn self, she's crazy, odd what not. Argh! I can't actually imagine that Irene kicked me where the sun doesn't shine simply because I attempted to tell her I was her lover in her previous life." Luciano sighed. Alpha Ruler Wulfgur chuckled. "You're really crazy. Did you truly figure she will accept those crazy words you said to her, just like that?" "I wasn't there when she drank that tea that made her forget everything about her past. It was Gina that was on duty that day." "You've been opposing the rules all through these years and since this has happened, you ought not be miserable. You ought to understand that this will happen soon. Draw nearer to her first, I'm sure you know one more strategy for getting the recollections of you back into her head." Wulfgur winked and tapped his shoulder. "You mean… that is more.… " Luciano couldn't finish his explanation when the trumpet blew and everyone stopped whatever they were doing and invited the jade ruler as he entered and sat on his grand throne. He was covered with light emissions and one could scarcely see his face. His body shone splendidly like the sun. Luciano and the Alpha lord Wulfgur moved closer to the Jade ruler while others plunked down far off from the Jade head. Luciano wandered forward and sat at the left hand side of the Jade head while Master Wulfgur sat at the right hand side. After the Jade Sovereign, which is the highest position, Ruler Wulfgur and Luciano are the next in their higher position sitting at the both side of the Unique Head before some lower positions. "Great news to you Lords. I understand you've been getting along honorably. I will simply go straight to the point now. There's a message from Our Extraordinary Master Zeus." The Jade Sovereign began. Everyone began murmuring. "The lost incredible power circle of the moon goddess which was lost and made away with a soul has finally been detected, however it isn't solid yet." The jade ruler proclaimed. "Furthermore, Selene is at the point of death with an ailment she's fighting with. Thirdly...." He stopped and thought for a couple of moments before he talked once more. "I will report that later before we disperse." Why is Selene battling with an ailment as of now when I really need her help? Master Wulfgur murmured and bit his lip. He hasn't seen her for quite a while now. He actually needs her to get back his immortality and to also get both him and Lun out of that curse; the way that he can't go close to Lun and would consistently be in torment if he tries to touch him. "Now, the third declaration, We will have the Yearly emperor's gathering. Also, the venue will be Lord Wulfgur's castle. Everyone should be in attendance." The Jade Emperor made the last announcement and got up from the gold throne and left. Wulfgur snorted seeing how various Lords and heads were smiling happily at each other. He's used to this reaction already. Whenever it came to him hosting the yearly sovereigns gathering, he's generally awesome and everyone couldn't wait for it to get to his turn continuously. "Are you sure you are okay? You don't look good." Luciano came to him. "I'm fine. I'm just worried about Selene. She has an ailment and I don't have even the tiniest clue how dreadful it is. I really need something from her before she kicks the bucket or something like that." "And what could that be, if I may ask? I've never seen you care about various women apart from your beloved mate. Why Selene?" Luciano sneered. "I found Mena. I finally got to see her reborn self" Wulfgur answered. "What?! Yo… you found Mena? Come on, tell me, what does she look like? Is she pretty much as lovely as usual? Tell me. Where's she?" Luciano threw questions at him. "On the contrary, it is most awful. Her reborn self isn't what I expected. I couldn't even go close to her. I can't touch or feel her for a while, I get strange inclination like I will pass on sooner than expected if I should do that. More regrettable still, she got reborn as a man, Luciano." He explained. Luciano staggered and chuckled strangely. "You're joking, right? Mena re..reborn as a man?" He said in the midst of chuckling, and then he put on a serious face once more. "What in the world happened that she must be reborn as a man. I think something is strange here. I need to see her. Then again, maybe she isn't the one that you're looking for." Luciano rushed his words. "It's Mena. The mark on her neck tells everything. A similar mark on my chest. He is Mena." Wulfgur said. He was so certain about it. "So, what about Selene? What's your business with her?" "I offered her half of my immortality as a trade off to see Mena's reborn self. However, she didn't tell me that I can't touch her, I can't be able to feel her without going through some unusual agony. The fact that I can't draw closer to her, I can't give my all for Mena before I die, disheartens me. I won't get to kiss my new Mena. It's crazy. Lun might even die sooner than me assuming I try doing all that to him." "Not minding that she's presently a man, you still want to kiss her?" Luciano grinned. "I don't care. So long as he's Mena, I couldn't care less, however unfortunately I can't do that. This is the most horrendously dreadful restriction that I've ever encountered in my entire millennia." Wulfgur breathed in hard. He tried to calm himself down yet it doesn't seem to be working. "With everything you've said so far, the new Mena's name is Lun? Such an intriguing name. I need to meet him." Luciano said. "Not a problem! I just need an opportunity to visit Selene so she would explain the way out. I simply have three months to make things right. I want to believe that I can do that, most especially for Lun." Lord Wulgur got up from his seat and left, with Luciano who had his arm around him. "You really need to cheer up, old buddy," Luciano whispered into his ear as they work. Then, at that point, he considered changing the subject, "I really want to see my senseless Thanos." "That insane man will be in the middle of investigating the town with some new chics." Wulgur sneered. "It's obvious. I should probably go along with him, since my own Irene rejected me. I want a couple of young women to hit the dance floor with." Luciano smirked. "I'm sure when Irene gets to know you at last and she hears that you've been a horrendous boy all along, you're dead. I pray you meet her in the club tonight." Wulfgur said and the two of them laughed. They strolled till they got out of the gathering center. As Luciano had said earlier, he would have to cheer up and make everything okay once again.
