"Forget it. With your aim, you're better off letting me teach her how to wield a saber," Hector said as he strolled over casually.
Joanna shot him a glare and gave him a light smack. "She's a girl. If you want to teach someone how to use a saber, go teach Cyrus."
Hector's gaze shifted briefly to Charlie before he replied flatly, "Not happening."
"Why not? What's wrong with my child?" Lyra demanded.
Joanna said, "It's not that there's anything wrong with your kid. It's just that your child has a dad who's already better than him, so he doesn't see the point."
Hearing this, Charlie couldn't hide the smug grin that crept onto his face.
"Alright, let's head in," Maeve said, taking Aurelia from Sergio's arms.
"We'll wait here." Sergio offered.
"Okay."
With Aurelia's hands in theirs, Maeve and Zion walked into the cemetery, Elio wagging his tail as he followed behind.
