Mel got home and met her mother in the living room, sitting on the couch. She was surrounded with documents piled up before her. She seemed busy, Mel noticed but why had she brought her work home? And she came back early too, which was highly unusual. " Hi Mom, you came back early. Are you okay? " She looked around " Is Luci home? " " Hey sweetheart, how are you?
