“You'd better pray that Rachelle is okay,” Xavier said, glaring at me as he walked directly to Rachelle.
My heart ached, but I was still gritting my teeth and defending myself, “Xavier, whether you believe it or not, I didn't push her.”
“It hurts, my stomach hurts,” Rachelle cried as she collapsed weakly into Xavier's arms, face pale and cold sweat on her forehead, her beautiful big eyes filling with tears. “Oh, no, my baby… Xavier, Yasmin said that if she can’t have a baby, then I can’t either.”
I was startled. I reflexively looked down, only to see the blood flowing out of her.
I was horrified at her cruel lies and so I quickly defended myself, “You are talking nonsense, it’s obvious that you fell and you’re just framing me. I never said such thing…”
“Enough!” the loud slap interrupted my next words. Xavier glared at me intently. If his beloved woman had a miscarriage, he would definitely tear me to pieces, “Yasmin, I swear, if anything
