As usual, it was his daily routine. Going through the photos of his beloved, admiring her beauty, wishing more than anything that she'd be beside him soon rather than later and then at the end of the day, consoling himself with words of reassurance. If it was meant to be, it would be. Those words along with the photo that used to be in front of him, was the only thing that kept him safe. But today, today something seemed different.
