When Eliza learned from Quinn (77) that the usury venture was no longer viable, it was already three days later. Her cousin who was collecting debts ended up chopping off someone's hand, and now he's been put in jail. Fortunately, Xander probably fainted from anger that day, as he hadn't bothered her for three days, allowing her to have peaceful days. Sitting right under the air conditioner, the chilly wind whistled in through her collar - she actually felt somewhat cold. Eliza coughed lightly, gripping the glass cup tightly in her hands, but still didn't know how to break the ice. Across from her, Evan was watching her with gleaming eyes. This was the first time she had invited him out, and even though it had been more than ten minutes, she still hadn't said a word.
