Screaming.
That's exactly what my sunshine has been doing for the last thirty minutes, and judging from her painful wails and cries, I don't think her transformation was anywhere near over.
To say my heart was breaking with each passing second as she was screaming in agony as if asking someone for help and to ease her pain would be an understatement. I was feeling like my heart was practically bleeding, and the blood was flowing from my eyes in the form of uncontrollable tears that I wasn’t able to stop anymore.
Indeed, I can't feel any physical pain of hers yet because of her lack of wolf, resulting in our weak connection, but that doesn't mean I wasn't wounded emotionally and mentally.
To have her wounded and screaming in agony and suffering all of it alone right in front of me with my helpless self not being able to do anything was the last thing I had thought about when I had imagined her return from the vampire kingdom.
