CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE
“Morning, Ruby, I thought I’d find you here.”
Ruby turned at the sound of a voice to meet Sonia. At the time when she was mad at Noah, he avoided her, and thanks to Hestia she had nothing to do, leaving her with so much free time. She had tried socializing. Sonia was one of the first people to converse with her. She worked in some office on the lower floors that Ruby knew nothing about. She was a petite woman in her twenties. Her hair was auburn and freckles were dusted all over her face. She had the most cheerful personality Ruby had ever seen.
Ruby smiled muttering a thanks as Sonia handed her a cup of coffee.
“You know liquids are not allowed in the printing room,” Ruby said as she placed the cup on a table without any papers before going back to printing.
“Whatever. No one will know if you’re careful,” Sonia chuckled before taking a sip of her drink.
Since Hestia had overtaken her job—the thought still made Ruby angry—all she had to do was print documents when Hestia asked her
