2: Confrontation

Camilla "What the hell is wrong with you, huh?" Shawn barked, looking at the living room which was messed up. "What the hell is all this, huh?" "What did you just say?" I asked him, raising an eyebrow. He gripped my arm immediately. "Don't try to play dumb with me around here. I know you did all this." "I never lied about that." I looked him in the eyes and then I dragged my arm back, putting an end to his grip. "Why do you have to act like a two-year-old?" He snapped. "And why do you have to act like an idiot?" I spat back. "What did you just call me?" He growled. "An idiot, cause that's what you truly are," I replied boldly. "I see you don't know how to talk to your husband." He gave me a cold stare. "And I see you don't know how to keep your dick in your pants," I retorted. He chuckled. "This is why you're mad, huh?" "Isn't it obvious?" I responded, raising my brows. "Is it something new to you? I mean we don't love each other. So I don't see any reason why you should be so upset.  You never have time for me. Any time I want to touch you, you're too busy with phone or doing something else," he said. Oh the lies. "Do you seriously have to lie now? Or are you saying those false words because Alice is here?" I spat. "You and I both know that I've always tried my best to fix this marriage. Three years, Shawn. Three years in this goddamn marriage, and not one fucking day did you give me happiness! You were always out there, flexing with other women. You never even bothered to care about this home. All you do is go to work and when you're done, you go to the streets and find yourself some bitch to fuck!" "Camilla!" He shrieked, and I could see his eyes burning with rage. "You better watch your mouth, do you hear me?" "Or else what? What are you going to do?" I asked, looking fixedly at him. "Are you going to slap me? Well go ahead, do that. Cause you're nothing but a fucking idiot!" "Camilla, I think you should calm down," Alice said gently, trying to hold my shoulder, but I shoved her hand away. "I think you should leave us," I said, not looking at her. "I'm sorry, but right now, you shouldn't be here." "Yes, Alice. Leave," Shawn told her. Alice let out a sigh. "Okay, I'll leave. But the both of you should please try to act mature. Have a talk about the problem, and....." "Just leave!" Shawn interrupted her. "Yeah, right," she said in a hushed voice, nodding and then she walked away. "Now back to our conversation," Shawn said the moment Alice had disappeared from the mansion. "Conversation? You call this a conversation?" I blurted. "Camilla, are you out of your senses?" "I should be the one asking you that." I crossed my arms, scowling at him. He chuckled, shaking his head. "You're crazy." "Then what are you?" I retorted. "You have the balls to go out there and be romantic to someone famous." "Oh, she's famous and you're not. I see where this is coming from." "No you idiot!" I snapped. "Can you stop being so stupid and have some senses for once?" "You are so disrespectful," he said coldly. "Yes, it's because you made me this way. If you had just treated me like your wife, I don't think this is going to happen." "What do you want, huh?". He bawled. "Tell me, what the hell do you want? What did I not give to you? Is it money? You have it. You're living in a mansion, you have people working under you, so what else do you need?" "You want to know your problem, Shawn? You think it's all about money. You think money's going to solve everything. You think money is love, right? You think when you have the money, you can just be happy." "Well, duhh," he replied. "I'm a billionaire, and yes, money is happiness. You know that fully well. If we were poor, you wouldn't be putting on this beautiful dress right now." His eyes scanned the dress on my body. "And if you were poor, you wouldn't be holding this phone right now. The makeup, your jewelry, the amount in your bank account, would you be able to have all these if you were poor?" "It seems like you don't understand what I'm trying to tell you." "Oh I understand, Camilla. I understand everything perfectly," he said lowly, and coldly. "You're upset because I went to have fun with someone ten times better than you. You know, I've been going out with different women, but you never give a fuck about it. Now you're talking shit all because you're nothing compared to Ariana." "I'm glad you're called her name." "So much jealousy even though you got the wealth. I totally understand that." "Enough!" I snapped. "Don't start talking nonsense right now." "I'm only saying the truth. I mean come on, it's quite clear that you're jealous around here." "Why won't I be jealous? My husband's sleeping with random women and you expect me to be cool with that?" "You were always cool with that, so why's today any different?" He stated, following through with his stupidity. "I've been holding myself, but not anymore!" "Why? Is it because you saw me going out with someone better than you?" He smirked then he laughed mockingly. "I shouldn't even ask you that. It's very obvious. When we're talking of beauty, she's ten times better than you. She's famous than you. She got the money which she made all by herself, and as for you, if not for me, you wouldn't be enjoying this wealth. So you should he thankful, and always shut your mouth when you see me doing things like this. Be quiet, enjoy the money and we're not going to have a problem." "So you think I'm your slave now? All because of your money?" "Isn't that what you are?" He raised an eyebrow. "Shawn, you are unbelievable," I told him inaudibly. "I don't have time for this nonsense right now. Ariana and I have somewhere to go to, I just came to get some stuff. You can enjoy your night." He wanted to walk away but I held his arm, stopping him. "What?" Shawn asked. "Have you ever wonder the pain I feel when you do this?" "Say what now?" I looked at him, letting go. "You go around, sleeping with random women, and I'm just here, hearing about the things you do behind my back." "Who said I'm doing that behind your back?" He spat harshly.  "Don't be misled, Camilla, I'm not hiding anything from you, and I don't ever plan to. Why should I? You are mine, you can't leave me because I have the wealth." "Is that what you think?" I asked him. "You think I'm bound to your money? You think I'm a slave all because of your gold?" "Don't keep on going back to this. You're wasting my time." Shawn glanced at his wristwatch. "I got somewhere to be right now, so please, let's not go further with this conversation." "I want a divorce," I told him immediately.
