My mother raised an eyebrow, looking at the both of us. I could see the slight disbelief on her face. But I could also tell she didn't want to press on with this conversation.
"Okay, then. But the both of you shouldn't be arguing, alright? Settle this with mature minds. For crying out loud, you both are adults. Understand yourselves perfectly. Is that clear?"
"Very clear." Drake nodded, with his hands still wrapped around my neck.
"Good. I'll be leaving now. Camilla, you and Sasha can go prepare dinner," she said and left.
"Sasha?" Drake vocalized, furrowing his brows in curiosity.
I took his hand off me immediately. "Okay, what the hell was that?"
"What do you mean by that? You don't expect me to tell your Mom about our conversation, do you?"
"You could have come up with something else. Now she's going to feel like there's something going on between us."
"So, let her think like that. It's not going to be a bad idea if you are my girlfriend."
