Grace replied innocently, "We only skipped what we couldn't order."
"What couldn't you order?" Oliver frowned, but Grace's silence told him everything—they had ordered almost everything on the menu.
As expected, the four could not finish all the food. When Oliver went to pay, he discovered their fondue feast had cost over a thousand dollars. Grace was rubbing her overstuffed belly while Shawn lectured Hazel about ordering responsibly.
"Shawn, my stomach hurts," Hazel whined.
Shawn took her hand and said, "Alright. Let's walk home then."
Since Oliver's place was farther away, he and Grace needed to drive. On the way, he stopped at a pharmacy to buy antacids for Grace.
Grace was groaning with regret, and she whimpered, "Darling, I'm so full that I can't even take a pill."
Oliver looked at his pitiful wife with sympathy, but he could not do much. Soon, he pulled over halfway home and took her for a walk along a quiet street to help her digestion.
