Chapter 5
"Hi, Bullet! What brings you here?" I cheerfully asked my husband when I saw him in front of Max's car.
He didn't answer me, he just glanced at me briefly before looking back to his cellphone.
I pouted at his action, my husband is really aloof. I want to sulk. He always ignore me, but fortunately, I'm so cute and I don't give up easily. Giving up for me means only one thing, it means that you're not certain about what you truly feel because it's easy for you to let go of something you really want.
And if I easily give up on Bullet, whatever I want will never happen. He never even dared to notice me, and letting him off the hook will never happen. Never!
I walked closer and beamed at his face while wearing a wide smile. "Hi, my husband."
No response.
I waved in front of him and widened my smile even more. "Why are you ignoring me, my Bullet? It's okay to be shy, but you know, I'm already aware that you're crushing on me so you should admit it now."
He gave me a cold stare, so I quickly raised a peace sign on him.
I fiddled my fingers while waiting for him to talk, my husband's really treating me coldly. Just one more and I'll think he has a mistress.
I giggled when he looked at me. "Where's your brother?"
I was dumbfounded at his voice. He talked to me! Even if he's looking for my brother, he still talked to me!
First base!
On my list named "Bullet likes me, too", number one is already checked.
I cupped both my cheeks when I felt myself blush.
"Why are you looking for my brother? Stop pretending because I know you just wanted to see me. Yie, darling, you're already making moves," I said in excitement.
He didn't respond, I just saw him look behind me.
"Max, we need to hurry up," Bullet said in a cold voice.
Max went to us and glared at me, I glared back at him and pouted.
I faced my husband who was talking to my brother. He's really handsome, I feel like I'm being brought to heaven, he looks like an angel. But then again, I also look like an angel so we're really fit to be together.
"Reign!" I jumped when my brother snapped.
"You shocked me, Max, what is it?!" I said irritatedly.
He's really unpredictable, such an attention seeker.
"I said, stop flirting around. Go inside!" he sneered in front of my face.
I pouted my lips and shook my head. I hugged Bullet's arm and smiled sweetly.
"We're eloping, Max." I giggled.
His eyes widened, he pulled me away from Bullet. He hit my head which made me wail. That was too strong!
"Hey! Why are you hurting me?!" I complained while crying.
Max's eyes widened when he saw me crying. He quickly went close to me and kissed my head.
"I'm sorry, I though it wasn't too strong. Stop crying, I'm sorry, pumpkin," he softly whispered.
I sobbed louder while waddling towards Bullet's direction. I instantly hugged my husband and smiled while crying.
"Let me go with you, I won't cry, promise," I mischievously said.
Max twisted my ear and pulled me from Bullet again. "I said, enough, Maxreign. Go inside, we have to go somewhere. Go now, pumpkin, what do you want me to bring for you later?"
I answered while sulking. "My husband, I want you to bring him to me." I pointed Bullet.
I laughed loudly when Max flicked my finger that was pointing on Bullet.
"You're easily pissed!" I said while laughing.
He hit me in the head again, this time, it's just weak. "We'll go now, Reign. Stay here inside the house."
I stared at them sadly as they drove away, I'm left alone again. My Bullet always choose to go with Max instead of me.
That ugly creature is a thief.
"My husband!" I shouted.
The both of them turned to my direction, Bullet's forehead even crewsed while Max's face was contorted into an annoyed expression.
"Reign, one!" I heard my brother shouted.
I ignored him and blew a flying kiss to Bullet.
"Take care, my husband! You know I'm gonna miss you a lot, go home early, okay? I love you, my hubby!" I shouted and giggled.
They finally disappeared from my sight so I entered the house while jumping in glee.
I saw daddy on the living room watching TV. I sat beside my dad and kissed him in the cheeks.
"Good morning, dad! I just saw my husband outside," I uttered.
He groaned. "Maxreign, didn't your brother told you not to bother Bullet that much?"
I pouted. "What's the problem with that, dad? The university didn't teach us that it's not right for a girl to do the first move."
He chuckled. "Nevertheless, you should keep in your mind that it's not appropriate for a woman to do the first move. That's a desperate attitude."
I frowned at him. "But I like Bullet so much, dad."
"Wait for the right time, there's a lot of boys crushing on you. You can entertain them," he added.
I stared at the TV. I won't obey them, anyway, especially now that Bullet's slowly not ignoring me anymore.
Ah, it's just that I like him so much! "Dad, I'm going upstairs," I informed.
He nodded his head before kissing me on the forehead. "Sure, sweetheart. I'll go ahead too, I need to fix something in the company."
I waved goodbye to my dad before running upstairs. I'll just watch my husbans's concert again, the person who owns my heart alone.
