CHAPTER 115: BUILDING ON A FOUNDATION
Samantha walked through the village to meet up with three local artisans she had spoken to three days before, her drawn plans in hand.
She and Ian had agreed to split up their duties so they could make faster progress, so while she was in charge of constructing, or at least orchestrating, constructions, they focused on empowerment and water resources.
"Namaste, everyone!" she greeted, smiling. " My name is Samantha Michaels, and I'm excited to work with you all to build sustainable and environmentally friendly toilets for the community."
Rahul, one of the craftsmen, smiled. "We're happy to help, Miss Samantha."
"It's Mrs.," She corrected him gently, and he nodded in understanding before she continued.
"We'll start by picking out designated places to carry out our constructions," she unwrapped her plans and looked up to see her secretary rushing towards her.
"Ma'am, your husband's calling,"
