Chapter 98 Mark's Guilt
Watching the two men brawl, Clara couldn't help but rub her forehead, imagining how difficult it must have been for her to manage them.
"Gentlemen, shouldn't we be uniting against our common enemies right now?" Clara interjected.
Harlow sneered. "Unity is important, but it's not something we can achieve. If you have the ability, come up with a solution instead of standing on the sidelines and criticizing."
"I refuse to cooperate with this man," Trevier said with a scowl.
The two men genuinely despised each other, unwilling to even look at one another. Clara walked over slowly. "I really don't want to see the organization my mother built with her own hands be destroyed like this. If you trust me, let me handle the current situation."
Harlow bluntly expressed his distrust of Clara.
"Sweetie, you probably haven't experienced the harsh realities of our world. You don't understand our rules."
"Here, we speak with bullets and brains."
His words were crude, but they reflected the hars
