CHAPTER 32: TRAPPING LAURA

Sarah had to keep a fake smile as she pretended to enjoy what Laura was talking about to keep her occupied. Victoria had gone to print the documents, and Sarah kept looking at the entrance as she was bored. Sarah kept talking about Edmund, and Laura seemed so interested in him that Sarah allowed her to talk about him as she wished. Sarah kept staring at her face as she talked; Laura was so lovesick already that she couldn't stop talking to Edmund. It got to the point that she just had to interject, even though she wasn't listening to what she was saying; the only thing she got was that she was deeply in love with Edmund.
