Chapter 5 Personal Maid

Looking at the look on Takri's face, I mentally prepared for the worst. When I walked to the living room, what I saw in front of me confirmed my suspicions. Suzanne was sitting with Tina, who didn't look good, but Suzanne looked somewhat happy. "Kasha, Alpha Chief Adri has asked Suzanne to come and take you to his estate and that you are to live there." I had just walked into the living room when Tina looked over at me and said. "What? Staying at...Alpha chief's estate?" I couldn't believe my ears. Adri had clearly rejected me twice, but then he said it wasn't a refusal and threatened me not to leave the wolves of Takri. He even had Suzanne come to the house to take me there, what did he want? "It's the Alpha Chief's meaning, we dare not pursue, but only obey." Suzanne explained gently. "You will enter and live in the estate as Alpha Adri's personal maid." Tina added. I froze again, was he going to ask me to be his personal maid? "No, I don't want to go and work for anyone as a maid." I replied stubbornly, I resisted everything in that villa from the bottom of my heart. "Kasha, listen to me, we don't want you to go either, but we don't have a choice, do you understand?" Tina's eyes glistened with tears, conveying her sadness to me. "No one wants such outcome, but as Tina said, if we don't do as we're told, we'll drag all the wolves down with us." Takri said as he walked up to me, looking to Suzanne and sighing. "Kasha, even though you're a maid, you can get home on vacation. You can think of it as work, or as an exercise for you." Suzanne also came over to comfort me. "Come on, Kasha, you're going to meet our mate, don't be so sad, okay?" In the back of my mind, Bella still harbored the anticipation of seeing Adri and his wolf again. All kinds of voices filled my ears and made me more annoyed. But as they said, neither I nor they had another choice. "Okay, I promise." I compromised anyway, tears running down my cheeks as I said the words. "Kasha, I know you're upset inside, but we've always been your family." Takri said helplessly, reached out and touched my head, then gave me a hug. "Mrs. Suzanne, please take care of Kasha." Tina wiped the tears on her face and said to Suzanne, looking at me with reluctance. I hadn't even packed my clothes when Suzanne took me away. Sitting in the car, I looked in the rear-view mirror and watched Tina snuggle up in Takri's arms and sob, and Takri looked in the direction of the limo and sighed. Everything started going backwards, and I looked out through the car window in a daze, imagining what I was about to face. For example, Adri's unwarranted spite and the ridicule of others in the villa. "Kasha, you are now Alpha Adri's personal maid, so you will be in charge of everything for him. You need to avoid making mistakes as much as possible or you won't avoid being punished." Suzanne sat next to me and admonished me. "I know." I responded. Adri hated me, and usually when some nobleman hated someone, they would try to bully that person in every way possible. It didn't take long to reach the villa and I followed Suzanne towards the villa. "The building is divided into four floors; the top floor is the guest room, and the third floor is Alpha Adri's living area, where his bedroom and study are located, the second floor is the dining and meeting area, and the first floor is the lobby." Suzanne introduced me to the villa on the left, and there were two more adjacent buildings in the middle and on the right, but Suzanne didn't talk about them. I listened as I walked and took them to heart. "As for the two buildings next to it, you will hardly ever go there normally, so I won't introduce you to them. Usually, in addition to cleaning, you are also responsible for ironing and clearing up all the clothes that you wash." Suzanne said to me, taking me to the dressing room. She took a maid's outfit and gave it to me, gesturing for me to change into it. Changing my clothes, I looked at myself in the mirror and felt an indescribable sadness in my heart. I was not willing to face Adri again and let him humiliate me again. "Kasha, now you have to go see Alpha Adri, because you are his personal maid and he will arrange what you have to do." Suzanne looked at me and smiled. "Yes, I'm on my way." I answered as I calmed myself. "Still, I have to tell you to always watch yourself in front of Alpha Adri. First, don't take the initiative to talk to him without him asking you, and second, you must respond to every word he says to you." Suzanne still couldn't feel a little assured about my performance. "Yes, I'll remember, where is he?" I looked at Suzanne and asked, even though I didn't want to face him, but I was already here. Now my only hope was that I would make as few mistakes as possible and just not be punished. "He should be in the garden at this hour. You have to have his breakfast ready by seven o'clock every morning, lunch by twelve noon, and dinner by seven o'clock in the evening, so don't mess the schedule up." Suzanne led me in the direction of the garden, still bugging me along the way. The closer I got to the garden, the more nervous I became, wondering how I should greet Adri when I met him. In the garden, Adri was sitting at a small round table reading a book while sipping coffee. "Look! He's over there, Kasha! We finally see them again! Go say hi to him!" Bella was jumping with excitement and shouting in my head. "I know, but I don't want to say hello to them." I responded in my mind. "Mr. Adri, your personal maid Kasha has arrived, you can tell her what you have arranged next, she will surely accomplish it well." I was talking to Bella when Suzanne had led me to Adri. Adri looked up slightly, and as his cold eyes fell on my face, I hurriedly avoided his gaze. Suzanne also just stood aside, waiting for him to answer. "This cup of coffee is cold, get me a hot one." Adri once again lowered his head to his book. "Yes, Mr. Adri." I reached over and took the coffee cup away from him. "Suzanne, go ahead and do your business. I'm sure she can do a good job." Adri said to Suzanne. Suzanne gave me a look and turned to leave. When I returned to Adri with a cup of hot coffee, Adri took a taste and frowned. "Didn't Suzanne tell you that I don't like too much sugar in my coffee?" Adri said, looking at me with discontent. "I'm sorry, I'll change it for you." I should have guessed he would toss me around like this.
