Monday rolled about quicker than even Ivory could have imagined. She had spent the whole weekend in preparation and looking through the company files, getting familiar with all the important stuff she needed to know. Lucien had kept her company for the major part of her preparation, which was a relief. And with her being so busy, she barely had time to think of Gadreel or her family's nonsense. That morning, she woke up at 5, took a shower and dressed up. Wearing a tight, long sleeve black turtleneck with a white coat draped over her shoulders and paired with a pencil skirt and heels, Ivory was ready to make most of her first day in the office.
